Introduce Annotation class

All our CAS data inherits only from FeatureStructure - we have no Annotation type - despite UIMA having that.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Introduce an `Annotation` class and use that when generating classes that inherit from `uima.tcas.Annotation`
