It looks like std.regex has a RangError in one of its tests on Mac OS X, and this PR isn't the only one where it happens. I have no idea what could be causing it or why it's not happening on master, but I just rebased this branch on top of master in case that fixes the problem. |

The Darwin_64_32 failure only happens on MacAir @braddr. |
