Changed --test-compilers to --compilers

Removed unnecessary "test-" prefix of the compilers option name.

One reason I went with --test-compilers was to be very visibly different from the earlier --compiler flag. The latter may have been deleted, but it's nice to keep the clear distinction of intent.
