This changes the "manifest list" consumption code to ensure that if
riscv64/hello-worldcontains a manifest list for example, that we only pull thelinux/riscv64images (and related artifacts, see below) from it.This also adds support for preserving artifacts/attestations in the format (optionally) generated by buildkit (moby/buildkit#2983, moby/buildkit#3129, etc).
