ZipArchive is still missing and required to test GDPR sent zip content

This was closed in past #213 but the solution outlined from @cirovladimir #213 (comment) works and with using an SMTP Mailer plugin the entire GDPR process can be simulated locally.

Without zip installed and usable by PHP this is not possible due to privacy data will be sent compressed using zip.
