ci: add native builds for macOS

Instead of cross-compiling in CI, we should have native workers to build binaries; possibly, this would also reveal issues, such as #2329

In addition, we could remove the use of the cross-compile image (related: docker/golang-cross#45)

This project used circle ci.
Do you mean to use the native environment directly instead of the current cross build?

It also uses https://ci-next.docker.com/public/job/cli/job/master/

But docker ci needs to look at the infrastructure support.
