Add special styling for static pages

Research if there is a convention to style pages explicitly, or add generic styling for static pages. The big thing here is to hide the posts column for static pages (configurable - maybe just for home page). // Make a note on the readme if needed to ensure posts can be accessed by setting up navigation links for specific tags, or by configuring the static home page to have the list of most recent posts.
