[Help Wanted] : install docsify-cli with -g option and init docs success, but after start server, cannot open website on local browser

I have install docsify-cli with -g option, successfully, and I have init the docs as follows:

docsify init ./docs

then, after starting server by running:

docsify server ./docs

, no error information is printed but it turns out it shows connection refused when opening this website http://localhost:3000 by the web browser.

and netstat shows no connection information at port 3000 by

netstat -apn | grep 3000

. Cannot figure out why, it seems the server doesn't work, help wanted.
