Add a new SDK for Rust

Hello @stelzo, first great job for your work, pretty impressive ! I would like to know if you could add a workflow for Rust ?

I forgot about this issue... yes, I tried that some time ago already and the generator was broken. But it seems to work now.

I suffixed it with beta and I did not publish it to cargo yet because I am not trusting it that much yet because of my previous experience. Do you still need it @DevRickyCst? If so, I would be interested in your feedback if everything is okay.

Here is a quick example that worked for me.
