Rust State Machine - Course Setup hangs

I set everything up locally and pushed a test commit, but the setup stage is hanging on the "Listening for a git push..."

Yes I tried refreshing the page.

Not sure if this is an issue on the frontend or the backend. There's an issue in the frontend repo from 2 months ago

I somehow missed the issue on the frontend repo, but this is an issue more on the devops side than either repo really... this basically happens when the git server isn't responding to requests as it should - which is usually some form of a permission issue or an issue with the caddy file.

However, I fixed this issue a couple days ago and it seems to be working fine on my end - could you check again once and let me know if the issue persists for you?

PS - Unfortunately due to vercel's serverless optimization enforcements, the live detection on the frontend doesn't work as it should - we probably need a way to do that client side.
