Replace `Psalm` with `PHPStan`

Feature Request

• replace in composer psalm with phpstan
• create a new composer command using phpstan
• create a separate GH action for phpstan check
• run locally phpstan check and fix the issues
• check and clean in composer.json from all unused composer actions ( clover)
• add badges of runphpstan checks on readme and documentation
• add in readme.md the link to documentation following the new pattern
• readme.md the badge URL for the next minor version: ex: 3.0.2 -> 3.1.0
• replace everywhere DotKernel with Dotkernel if is the case
