define a value to delete log file

Summary

there ar e a lot of log files in the log folder
let's try to have a function per loger to delete (OR rotate) log file
like
keep latest 30 files
OR
delete all files older then 1 month

for instance, in config add a new value
config[delete-log_files}][days] = 60

and everytime a new log file is created then delete all files older then
