Build and deploy manually - DockerFile - COPY command incorrect

I had to change version from 3.0 to 3.1 and COPY published/aspnetapp.dll ./ to COPY published/. ./ to get around the error "A fatal error was encountered. The library 'libhostpolicy.so' required to execute the application was not found in..". Please update the doc.
