Left off of #23047 due to high version flipping within the topic. Versioning requires significant work to address the IdS change in general. For the IdS update, the only change is to make ...

... for the topic's >=6.0 coverage. There's currently only one spot for that update. The INCLUDE file for that will be available when #23047 merges, which should happen Wednesday morning (8/18). Update (8/18): The INCLUDE file ~/includes/DuendeIdentityServer.md is now available for the updates to fix this issue.
