Visual Studio Preview is no longer required for Blazor Hybrid or .NET MAUI development

The note on this page says that Visual Studio support for .NET MAUI is still in preview, but it is now stable with VS 17.3. VS4Mac support for .NET MAUI is still in preview, but will be stable with the upcoming VS4Mac 17.4 release.
