Blazor WASM perf with the JITerpreter

Remarks on "Intermediate Language (IL)" are here in the AoT section and in other spots around the docs. Since I assume that the trimming of unused code, including unused glob/loc locales, remains the same, I think we only need to make adjustments to the WASM Host and deploy doc.
