Change Blazor WASM compression flag

The Blazor WASM Compression flag has been renamed from BlazorEnableCompression to CompressionEnabled and the documents need to reflect that. I have a pull request ready to finish after I submit this issue for reference.

I learned the flag was renamed through an issue I submitted with aspnetcore where I learned it was renamed but the documentation has not been updated yet (understandably.) Just trying to help others to maybe save them some time.
