I presume that the 'supported for general workloads for regular VS' bit of this is only here to distinguish it from VS4Mac, which has only been in preview up to this point. Now that VS4Mac 17.4 takes the guidance out of preview for macOS, I guess the whole NOTE can be dropped. We only generally remark on support when something isn't supported and remove such remarks and default to implying it's supported by not remarking on it.
