MAUI Blazor template name change

✔️ Preview 3 is out now. I'll be moving to take screenshots and get this merged by EOD, Tuesday, 4/11.

UPDATE (4/12): I have the Windows screenshots, but I wasn't able to get the new template with Preview 3 and latest VS4Mac on the Mac. On the Mac, I'll try that workload reinstall trick that worked on Windows to see if I can get the new template to load/name to show.

@danroth27 ... I'm stuck on the Mac side of this. I have latest preview of VS4Mac with Preview 3 installed, and I can see Preview 3's SDK showing up in the VS4Mac preferences as an installed SDK (and Pre3 runtime is indicated). On the Mac, I tried the dotnet workload install maui command with a restart that worked on Windows ... no 🎲🎲.

Do you know why I can't get the updated templates on the Mac? Do you want me to proceed with this without updating the Mac guidance at this time and circle around later to address the Mac template name and screenshots?

@guardrex There are some known issues with .NET 8 and VS4Mac right now. You should probably hold off on dealing with the VS4Mac side for the time being.
