Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install Docker.DotNet version 3.125.5
2. Install the latest (.3 or .2) version of X509 or BasicAuth
3. Implement the authentication
4. Assembly linking error

or

1. Install Docker.DotNet version 3.125.2
2. Install the 3.125.2 version of X509 or BasicAuth
3. Call the Docker API

What actually happened?:

The X509 and BasicAuth packages are hard linked to the version of Docker.DotNet instead of being able to work on the latest version.
The 3.125.2 versions no longer can call the latest version of the Docker API and simply return a 400 on every call. So currently users have the choice of downgrading their Docker desktop version to 4.6.1 (on Windows) or not using the authentication packages.

What did you expect to happen?:

A new release of the X509 and BasicAuth packages should come that supports the .5 version of the main package. The classes link up fine when copying them over locally.

Additional information:
This is technically a duplicate of #546, I've just added some extra information and the fact that the .2 stack no longer works with the latest version of Docker makes the package nearly unusable

It does not work with docker desktop > 4.6.1
