That would be good to document this.
I recently found about it by accident and will replace our UseSqlServer with UseAzureSql but we're not sure of the impact.
Does using UseAzureSql mean we should remove our call to EnableRetryOnFailure?

If you are calling the parameterless EnableRetryOnFailure() you can remove it
