Publish pipelines will use the task.feed version from SDK DefaultVersions:
The version set in
MicrosoftDotNetBuildTasksFeedVersionby the validation script isn't published yet when the release pipeline start executing. To make sure we use a version that's already published we'll set for using the one in SDK DefaultVersions.props
