I think the main problem is just that this repo was set up custom for Blazor docs and doesn't have the right PU group assigned beyond the Blazor engineering team and docs cats. I'll take it up with Artak after the holidays (I'm making a note so I won't forget). He might add both of you guys to that team, which has access here.
