Manually updating coreclr version to unblock some folks.

@dagood looks like the automatic PR's that update versions haven't been working since yesterday. Do you know what is going on?

So far it looks like the subscriptions.json update on Tuesday stopped Maestro triggers from working because the Maestro service might not have been updated. I'm working with @naamunds to get that sorted out. Currently potential fixes are finding out how to publish the new Maestro code to Azure to get it in sync, or revert the subscriptions.json change.

This update LGTM.

@naamunds, for now you should revert your subscriptions.json changes to get it back in sync.

I've reverted the subscriptions.json changes, so the automatic version updates should start working again. Let me know if you see any issues.
