@dagood Tells me that @weshaggard or @ericstj might be able to help me understand the 300 some odd errors in "Packaging All Configurations x64 Debug Build", because I have no context to understand the errors the build is producing. All this PR means to do it add a single property I can pass to Helix so we can associate test with the thing we are releasing. |

@stephentoub 2.1 also needs the buildtools update. This PR is rolling up a bunch of other changes which are not needed now for product construction (they are the preview1 official build). I think we should alter/abandon this PR and update buildtools alone to unblock the prodcon builds. |
