Ubuntu is failing again in the corefx-ci Linux leg. I've seen this in other PRs today, too. |

This seems like a helix issue that is failing to download the zip file to run the tests, I've seen it in other PRs today as well, already investigating and talking offline with @MattGal |

It seems like the issue was with a corrupt machine that @MattGal just confirmed it is already dead. So he said we can try again and see if it reproes again in another machine (it shouldn't). |
