Document recent changes to `JsonIncludeAttribute`/`JsonConstructorAttribute`

I just merged a PR that somewhat extends the semantics of JsonIncludeAttribute and JsonConstructorAttribute. We should ensure any documentation of these attributes is updated to reflect the new semantics.
