Cosmos: Implement proper source alias management

Now that we're supporting more advanced querying scenarios in Cosmos, we need to do proper alias management. Specifically, there can be more than one source in a Cosmos query now (subqueries, we'll have joins too at some point), and we need to have proper aliases for them. Port over the work done in relational (#32784).
