Broken test discovery #13618
Description
After we merged this, we've lost the discovery of some tests, e.g. related to Roslyn services. For some reason, NUnit is not able to load tests from the DLL anymore.
This problem seems to be related to the changes in the WorkspaceTests.fs. If I revert them, test discovery works.
