Looks like winforms tests are failing, the winform templates are failing to build out of the box:

CS0103: The name 'ApplicationConfiguration' does not exist in the current context

@wli3 are there any changes with winforms in 7.0? Is there anyone who should look at this?

@sfoslund the new API uses the v2 of source generator API, that require langversion=preview. The Roslyn team removed the requirement few days ago dotnet/winforms#5071 (comment).
