Attribution of Wikipedia images

Images in https://github.com/dotnet/machinelearning/tree/master/test/data/images/ need citations to their Wikipedia sources.

Perhaps listing in the README.md file?

The README.md file seems more oriented towards Microsoft's dataset. Perhaps we could create a source file just for the Wikipedia images?
