Need some updates

  • Xamarin app icon and splash screen need to be updated to use the .NET logo and match the purple branding present in the .NET MAUI templates.
  • Mac Catalyst and Cocoa templates need meta data to appear in the appropriate Desktop template category
  • .NET 6 template name and/or description need some differentiation from Xamarin templates
