After getting the taskhost working we should pick a task or set of tasks to trial. I propose the SDK containerization stuff as it has a .NET helper process that could be avoided (so it'll benefit) and our team has good familiarity with it (for debugging purposes).
This is blocked by #11510 because we use the HostObject to communicate credential information from VS to the Task.
