still saying the xlfs are out of date with the resxs... I got this error in templating as well and am trying something there. we'll see if it works and if it does I'll try it here. |

No approval required to merge this PR for infrastructure changes (of which I count loc). We'll still need QB approval for 16.10 VS insertion but I assume we'll add this to the final branding to any final changes and all go in with one PR. |

I just merged it. Next time you see loc change, unless there are coding mistake, like it cannot compile, please merge it ASAP. |
