When attempting to use a parameter that does not exist on a local Component users should be presented a light bulb to auto-generate a parameter for that attribute.

This would prove useful when users are building new components and realize they need to quickly iterate on already-built components.

We could also expand this to be knowledgeable of the RHS of the parameter to generate the correct type OR we could open the file that gets the parameter added to it with the type name already selected.
