I suspect this might have been introduced by #107371 (sorry about that), in which case this isn't a .NET 9 issue. @EgorBo I'm afraid I don't have arm32 hardware to repro this on, but if you can get me a SPMI collection and/or a JitDump of the failing method, I'd be happy to take a look at this. Thanks!

@EgorBo sorry to steal this one away from you -- I figured out a simple fix. #107371 is indeed the culprit, so this is a .NET 10 issue.
