Debug .net core on MacOs very slow

as the subject, i try to debug under macos but the debug is very slow!

i found some same issue on rider's community

i already tried Rider and Vs Mac version both of them are slow

It could be related to this issue: https://github.com/dotnet/coreclr/issues/18705 which was fixed a while back by @mikem8361.
