• Lookup R2R unwind info via R2R data structures #120758 modifies the way R2R unwind info is looked up
• Add debug information for runtime async methods #120303 modifies DebugInfo encoding format

re #120758 this shouldn't actually require any cdac changes. The cDAC already looks up R2R unwind info via this mechanism (and the old and new ways in that PR are the same).

Additionally, #120758 only touches the "enum memory that should be captured in a dump" code path.
