@tarekgh is the TestGetSystemTimeZones test expected to work on Android, or should we disable it similarly to NoBackwardTimeZones?

@simonrozsival there is already the issue #90269 tracking fixing Android duplicate case in general. I would say disable the test on Android and try to fix #90269 first.
