[clr-ios] Tracking issue for test failures in .NET Apple mobile apps on CoreCLR

This is a tracking issue that aggregates all failures encountered during testing of .NET applications on CoreCLR. Tests are disabled with [ActiveIssue("https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/issues/124344"),...].
