Remaining failures on runtime-libraries-interpreter

These are failures that were discovered after switching to run the tests in the interp mode 1 configuration. Seems plausible that a single GC issue might contribute to multiple failures

• Segmentation fault: System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Tests, System.Resources.Extensions.BinaryFormat.Tests
• Assertion failed, Expression: ((g_gc_lowest_address <= o) && (o < g_gc_highest_address)) || (o == nullptr) || (ro_segment_lookup (o) != nullptr): System.Text.RegularExpressions.Tests, System.Text.Json.Tests, System.Net.WebSockets.Client.Tests, System.Net.Requests.Tests
• System.Tests.DoubleTests_GenericMath.ConvertToIntegerTest: System.Runtime.Tests
• timeout: System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Tests, System.Resources.Extensions.BinaryFormat.Tests
