superpmi: add crossgen2 collection to automated collections #47541
Description
With #47513, crossgen2 collection can be scripted just like for crossgen(1).
We already have some crossgen collections in our AzDO superpmi collection. Add crossgen2 collections as well. This probably needs to start with just System.Private.CoreLib. There are currently failures when running crossgen2 on all libraries. We probably could enable crossgen2 on all tests.
This might depend on #47540 to get good, clean collections.
