[wasm-mt] Some of the System.Xml.Tests.TC_SchemaSet_XmlResolver tests get stuck on Browser when multi-threading is enabled

One of the v4 and v5 tests gets stuck when both of them run. Both of them pass when they run individually. I tried disabling parallelization but that didn't resolve the issue.
