[IGNORE] Testing issue-labeler

We just deployed an update from https://github.com/dotnet/issue-labeler and this repo needs to be tested since its configuration is going to change.

This issue should not result in any area label being automatically applied. As currently configured, that should result in the issue-labeler leaving a comment that no area label could be applied.

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.

This issue was successfully used to validate that:

1. In the default configuration, a comment is added when an area label cannot be determined
2. With a configuration setting of "no_area_determined_label" for the repository, the setting's value will be applied as a label, without a comment
