@rzikm as far as I'm aware, multiline patterns are not supported by known-issues infrastructure (yet?). I went ahead and removed \n etc from the end of your pattern, let's see if the bot would catch up.

@dotnet/dnceng There seems to be some infrastructure problem here.

System.Net.Http.Funcitonal.Tests work item ends with 0 exit code even though there is test failure. Which may be the reason why the error is not being matched.

Hey Radek, If my understanding is correct, this is proper behaviour from Helix's perspective. The work item in question did not fail as it managed to successfully execute the command (i.e. the work) it was supposed to and gather / publish the results of the said command. In the build you provided as an example a different case is present - a work item timed out while executing a command, i.e. it failed to do the work it was asked for. As such, it itself fails, in turn failing the stage. You can always see the failing tests from AzDO build UI, like for this test it would be visible here -> Pipelines - Run 20230628.2 (azure.com)<https://dev.azure.com/dnceng-public/public/_build/results?buildId=323594&view=ms.vss-test-web.build-test-results-tab&runId=6649058&resultId=104491&paneView=debug>

I would think that the error pattern might be incorrect.

Maybe the following would be a better choice:
