Pull Request Overview
This PR adds support for building CoreCLR with the interpreter for Arm64 iOS in the performance build pipeline. The change enables a new build configuration option alongside the existing native AOT and Mono options.
Key Changes:
- Added a new
coreclr_arm64_iosbuild parameter with a default value oftrue - Integrated the new build option into three pipeline stages where other runtime configurations are specified
