@jkoritzinsky I'm not sure it these make sense to include -- should they be pruned if they show up transitively in a new .NET 11+ project?

I think these make sense to prune. The only interesting scenario would be if someone was trying to write a custom host with a NativeAOT app, but that should pull in the nethost, which is not in these 3 packages.
