As per #40744 (comment):
Changes parameter to IXmlNamespaceResolver? in the following methods:

XmlReader.ReadContentAs(Type, IXmlNamespaceResolver?)
XmlReader.ReadContentAsAsync(Type, IXmlNamespaceResolver?)
XPathExpression.SetContext(IXmlNamespaceResolver?)
XPathNavigator.Select(string, IXmlNamespaceResolver?)
XPathNavigator.Evaluate(string, IXmlNamespaceResolver?)
