The http-stress pipeline doesn't work now since ASP.NET Core depended on having IO.Pipelines in-box, which has changed with Connection abstraction removal.
To get the pipeline working, referenced non-nightly docker image, that still works.

Eventually this either can be kept or reverted, depending on how fresh the images we want.
