Tagging subscribers to this area: @vitek-karas, @agocke, @VSadov Issue DetailsDoc for proposed hosting API for loading an assembly. I have this as two separate delegate types as trying to have one delegate that handled both seemed more cumbersome to use:
See #77696 cc @AaronRobinsonMSFT - I'd expect DNNE would want to expose this option when it exists
